He has over 30 years experience over 30 years experience, the last twenty two at executive board level in both the private and public sectors. He works across the organisational change and HR management and development spectrums and has extensive experience of individual team and organisational development and both leading and supporting complex organisational change programmes in both FMCG and public sector organisations.

Kyriacos is a fellar of the chartered institute of personnel and development, holds a masters degree in industrial relations and personnel Management from the London school of economics and political science
